Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PoseTry: AI Photo Editor ("PoseTry", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), developed and operated by Cuneyt Emir. By downloading or using PoseTry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use PoseTry. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you.

2. What PoseTry provides

PoseTry provides local photo effects and generative AI tools for edits such as pose, camera look, lighting, expression, background, styling, and related creative changes. AI results are probabilistic. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or different from previews and prompts.

We may change, add, limit, or discontinue features to maintain quality, safety, cost, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee that a particular AI model, preset, processing time, or result will always remain available.

3. Your photos and instructions

You keep the rights you have in the photos, reference images, prompts, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us and our service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process User Content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and edit the User Content, including consent from identifiable people where required. Do not upload content that infringes rights, violates privacy, is unlawful, or is intended to deceive, exploit, harass, or harm another person.

4. Generated results

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and share the generated results for personal or commercial purposes. We do not promise that a result is unique, non-infringing, suitable for a particular use, or an accurate depiction of a person, product, event, or fact.

You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or relying on them and for disclosing AI alteration when law, platform rules, or context requires it. PoseTry is not intended for identity documents, evidence, medical decisions, safety-critical use, or deceptive impersonation.

5. Credits

• AI generations use the number of credits shown in the App. Local effects that do not call an AI service may not use credits.
• New users may receive promotional credits. We may change or discontinue free credits.
• Subscription credits reset according to the subscription period and unused subscription credits do not carry over unless the App expressly says otherwise.
• Separately purchased one-time credit packs do not expire while the service remains available, except where required for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
• If generation fails due to a recognized processing error, the App is designed to return the reserved credits. Contact support if the balance is not corrected.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be used outside PoseTry.

6. Purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, included credits, and any introductory offer are displayed in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation. Available plans may include weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as one-time credit packs.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings or your App Store account.
• Apple handles billing, cancellations, chargebacks, and refund requests under its rules. Restoring purchases requires the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s applicable purchase or platform terms, Apple’s terms control for the Apple service. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies except where these Terms provide additional terms that do not conflict with it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use PoseTry to create or distribute unlawful content; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual content involving minors; fraudulent identity materials; hateful, threatening, or harassing material; rights-infringing content; malware; or material intended to mislead people about a consequential fact. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, resell, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or service.

8. Intellectual property

PoseTry, including its software, interface, branding, presets, copy, and original assets, is owned by Cuneyt Emir or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as intended.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal obligations, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it through Apple.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoseTry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or any specific AI outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuneyt Emir will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI results. Our aggregate liability relating to PoseTry will not exceed the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Disputes may be brought in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms as the App or law changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new date. If a material change requires consent, we will request it before the change applies.
